For coastal & distinctive hospitality venues

A signaturemusic eventbuilt aroundyour venue.

Seasunal Sessions creates thoughtfully curated music experiences with venues worth discovering. Shaped around your setting, your guests and the atmosphere you want to create — with the planning, promotion and musical direction considered together.

The opportunity

A reason to visit.A reason to return.

A beautiful setting already has its own appeal. The right event can give people another reason to discover it — and existing guests a different reason to come back.

Seasunal Sessions works with the venue to create music-led occasions that complement its atmosphere and hospitality, rather than compete with them.

  1. More reasons to visit

Create an occasion that gives guests a reason to plan around your venue.

  2. More time to enjoy the venue

Shape the musical journey around the time of day, food and drink service and natural rhythm of the setting.

  3. A story worth sharing

Give the venue distinctive moments and genuine content that reflect its personality.

  4. A programme that can grow

Explore the potential for a successful first event to develop into a recognisable seasonal fixture.

Your venue doesn’t need to become a nightclub. It deserves a music experience that belongs there.

The approach

The venueremains the hero.

We don’t bring the same party to every location.

The starting point is your venue: its outlook, architecture, atmosphere, audience and how people use the space.

From there, we shape the concept, music and experience to feel genuinely at home.

The result should feel like something that belongs to your venue — not something imposed upon it.

The venue is the hero. Music is the medium. The memory belongs to the place.

A partnership in practice

Shoreline Soul.The View, Rhossili.

Overlooking Rhossili Bay, The View provided the setting for Shoreline Soul — a Balearic and soulful house experience developed around the landscape and the atmosphere of the venue.

The music began with the warmth of the afternoon, building as the gathering developed and moving deeper as the light changed.

The collaboration demonstrated what Seasunal Sessions is intended to create: an event whose music, setting and audience feel connected.

One event became an ongoing partnership.

150 paid tickets sold in under four hours — selling out the initial Shoreline Soul allocation.

Following Shoreline Soul, the collaboration with The View continued, with three Seasunal Sessions dates confirmed for 2027.

From the venue

“I’ve worked with Matthew across a number of events and have always found him professional, organised and easy to work with. He has a great ability to read the room, adapt to the audience and create the right atmosphere. Feedback from guests has consistently been excellent, and he’s made a real impact on our events.”

From first conversation to first session

It starts with your venue.

  1. Discover

Understand the venue, its audience, space, trading patterns and ambitions.

  2. Create

Develop a concept and musical direction that belong to the location.

  3. Plan

Agree the format, promotion, ticketing, production requirements and operational responsibilities.

  4. Deliver

Bring the event to life with guest experience and the venue’s normal operation in mind.

  5. Develop

Where the fit is right, explore future seasonal dates or a signature event series.

Start with one session.

A partnership doesn’t need to begin with an entire season.

We can start with a single event, designed around the space, audience and commercial priorities of your venue.

Agree the right format, establish clear responsibilities and see how the experience works.

If it feels right for both sides, we can look at what comes next.

There is no standard package: commercial arrangements and operational responsibilities are discussed and agreed for each partnership. Where it suits the venue, a ticket-led event that supports your own food and drink trade is one model we can explore together.

The right placematters more thanthe postcode.

Seasunal Sessions is looking for venues with character, where the setting is part of the reason to be there. Coastal venues are the main focus, building on the partnership at Rhossili — but not the only one. Seasunal Sessions events also take place in the courtyard at The Loopy Shrew in Shrewsbury, and a distinctive venue elsewhere is always worth a conversation.

Venues we’d like to hear from

  • Coastal hospitality venues
  • Boutique and destination hotels
  • Restaurants and terraces
  • Distinctive courtyards
  • Selected countryside and destination venues

Practical questions.

Would Seasunal Sessions suit our existing guests?
The concept and musical direction are developed around your audience and the atmosphere you want to create, rather than brought in from somewhere else. Whether it’s the right fit is something we look at together before committing to a date.
Do we need a large outdoor event space?
Not necessarily. The right format depends on your capacity, layout and practical considerations — Reflections at The View, for example, is an indoor event. Not every space suits every format, and that is worth establishing early.
Who handles promotion, ticketing and event planning?
Seasunal Sessions contributes concept development, creative direction and event promotion. Roles, resources, ticketing and responsibilities are agreed for each partnership, so both sides know who is doing what.
What about noise, licensing, staffing or poor weather?
These need to be reviewed with you, and with any other relevant parties, during planning. Your venue’s licence, neighbours, staffing and the setting itself all shape what is possible, so nothing is assumed in advance.
Can we try a single event first?
Yes. A one-date collaboration can be explored before considering a longer-term programme.

Let’s create somethingthat belongs here.

If you have a venue with character and a space that deserves to be experienced differently, we’d like to hear about it.

Tell us about your setting, your guests and what you’d like to achieve. A conversation is the place to begin.
